As there may be some localised delivery delays, please allow up to 2 weeks for your parcel to be delivered before contacting us. You should receive your baskets much sooner than this after dispatch (on average 2-4 days) but we cannot guarantee it as it is in the hands of the courier once it has left us. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as swiftly as possible, but as your baskets are handmade to order this may take slightly longer during busy periods. If you need your order asap, please drop us an email and we’ll do our best to get it to you for the day you need.
